Congratulations on being a part of what seems to be a fabulous e-book!!! From what you say, I am very excited to read it as the path is around executive direction. (And personally, the topic of internal brand loyalty is important to me, as that is one of my tasks!)

I believe you (the group collectively) are on the right path. It&#039;s the executives who need to be directed, counseled, educated, etc., on what social media, marketing and communications are, because they don&#039;t always know. And, too many people don&#039;t understand that it is the relationship-building, the conversations, the listening, etc., that makes marketing and communication campaigns successful.
